Changes/Cancellations

Process:

  1. Click "Change your reservation" or "Cancel your reservation." Select which subjet, fill in the form and send it to us.
  2. You can cancel your reservation online. Please contact us if you don't receive an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation from us.
  3. In case of a request of change, we well e-mail you the results of yours request, or you may view the details online.
Is there a charge for cancellation?
Payment of reservations are processed immediately after you completed the reservation. If the cancellation is prior to a the cancellation deadline, the full amount will be refunded to the credit card used to make your reservation. If you cancel after the cancellation deadline, the cancellation amount will be deducted from the refund to your credit card.
Please be aware that payments and refunds are in Japanese yen, and the transaction amount and transaction fess vary by the transacation date and fees of the credit card company you use to make your reservation.
What will the cancellation fee be for a reservation which includes multiple nights.
Cancellation policies vary per facility. Please view the cancellation policy of the facility at the "Hotel details" page.
If I delay may check in date, or check out on an earlier date, do I receive a refund?
Refunds will not be provided for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out.
