Dinner is the "Black Pork Shabu-Shabu Kaiseki" plan.

This shabu-shabu kaiseki course uses "Roppaku" purebred black pigs, raised in the rich natural environment of Kagoshima. The name "Roppaku" comes from the fact that the pigs have six white spots: the four toes, the nose, and the tail.
Their characteristic is a clean, sweet flavor with little bitterness.
Enjoy the flavors of this inn, which takes pride in its cuisine.
