Sukayu Onsen Ryokan is a Japanese style hot spring hotel located in the wilderness foot of Mt. Hakkouda. The ryokan boasts large communal bath "hiba sennin-buro", entirely made with hiba arborvitae wood, the local specialties of Aomori. These bathing facilities are effective for treating a wide variety of ailments.
