Lake Yamanaka

Lake Yamanaka-ko is the largest of the Five Lakes of Fuji. Swan-shaped pleasure boats in association with the famous work Swan Lake by Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky make a tour of the lake. On the lakefront, there are many attractions such as natural food restaurants and the Yamanakako Teddy Bear World Museum which can be enjoyed by all family members, and you can easily spend an entire day here. Another feature of this lake is that there are many accommodation facilities such as cottages that cater to long stays and also resort hotels upland where you can enjoy gazing at Mt. Fuji.
